CONTEXT & OVERVIEW
In this world of constant evolution, we are seeing more and more changes disrupt the way we work and live. The world is unplanned, unpredictable, and undeniably different each and every moment. We are used to planned change events, structures feel comfortable, fated actions feel safe and play to our need for security.
In 1987 the US military coined the term VUCA, an acronym for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. All words associated with the experience of the inevitable in our life. Whether we accept the advancements of technology, the innovations of medicine, the reshaping of our communications or the desire to be the next social media hit, they are inescapable.
We need to build our toolbox with behaviours, techniques, and true understanding to respond successfully to these disruptions in both our personal and professional life. We need to be flexible, responsive, nimble, quick-thinking, and prepared for the unexpected… we need to demonstrate agility!
OBJECTIVES:
  1. Understand the world of VUCA and disruptive Change.
  2. Gain insight into the differences of doing and being agile.
  3. Develop your own roadmap to become more agile for now and the future
